Introduction to Forrest Yoga - 6 week program

Join us for an introduction to Forrest Yoga! Learn basic moves and alignment techniques to improve your body awareness, breathe deeper and strengthen your core in 6 weeks. Understand the basic Forrest Yoga principles of active feet, telescoping ribs, relaxed neck amongst many others, and the reasons why we do it.

This 6-week program is for total beginners who have yet to embark on their yoga journey and want to start in a safe, comfortable environment.
  • Be supported on the mat with guidance & hands on assist.
  • Be supported during the week with your own home practice using the free yoga mat, block & strap
  • Be supported within the community in a small-class setting
Schedule: Tuesday evenings 7.30-8.30pm

Who should attend?
Total beginners to yoga who have attended less than 10 classes.
No prior flexibility or muscle strength required. Come with an open heart.

What you will receive
  • 6 one-hour classes each week
  • Free quality yoga mat, foam block & canvas strap
  • Small class setting with maximum 8 students per class
